We ask for freight charge or freight collect shipping terms for every sample order.
We will provide free samples if total amount less than USD10.00.
We will ask for double common price if total amount more than USD10.00.
We can accept sample order for any of our products line listed in our website
Remark: The payment of the sample will be refunded to customer when his order reached our required quantity which will be mentioned when we offer the quotation.

Warranty and Service

We back every product with the warranties listed as follows. Our employee will be repair or replace (at our option) defective materials or products as necessary to render the product's function.

Items covered under this warranty:
● Defective stitching/sewing
● Defective zippers
● Defective fabrics or treatment
● Defective hardware

Items not covered:
● Damage due to normal wear and tear
● Hardware or zipper failure unless caused by defective materials
● Damage due to chemical exposure, mildew, mold or ultraviolet exposure

This warranty is not valid if the product is used in a commercial application or for showing, although we will make every attempt to correct any problems that arise under such conditions. We do not warrant that our bags will not burn if subjected to excessive heat or open flame.

There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall our products be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
